For information on the room block at the Roycroft Inn (also the reception venue) you can contact the Roycroft directly to book or contact Allison or Justin directly. There are currently 4 rooms available as of 6/4/24 for the evening of August 10th. We also have a discount code for the Hampton Inn nearby (3 minute drive or bicycle; 15 minute walk -- skateboarding into a wedding would also be a hip way to make your entrance!). Complimentary breakfast is included by the inn for any guests staying overnight. A full restaurant and bar is on site.

The hotel does not offer shuttle service for guests, but we have arranged for shuttle service to the ceremony from 4:30 p.m until last drop off around 5:30 p.m.

Hotel Check In time is 4pm. The hotel cannot guarantee early check in, it is based upon availability.

Book Your Own Accomodations

East Aurora and surrounding areas offer many unique vacation rental experiences. There are also many boutique hotel/inn/B&B experiences a short drive from the area. Traditional hotels are scattered throughout the region with downtown Buffalo a 25 minute drive from the venue.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided from the Hampton Inn to the Roycroft Inn beginning at 4:30 p.m. and looping until 5:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to get to the Roycroft early. You can stop into the Craftsman Lounge (full bar service) within the Inn, check out the campus, or arrive early to the chapel to find appropriate seating. There will not be any shuttle service offered during or after the ceremony and reception.
